About the Role

WELDER, COMBINATION, MAINTENANCE

This is a waterfront shipboard construction and re-modernization position, working within shipyards and drydocks onboard

U.S. Naval ships. The incumbent will be working in varying temperatures of high heat in the summer and cold in the

winter performing the following tasks:

Applies appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, or repair parts of metal or other materials that

require welding. Works from blueprints, engineering sketches, charts, or work orders. Lays out and marks points on parts
