About the Role

SUPERVISORY AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SPECIALIST (TERMINAL)

As a Supervisory Air Traffic Control Specialist (Terminal) (Title 5), GS-2152-12, you will perform the following duties:

1. Supervisory duties: Manages day to day functions of an ATC facility involved with air traffic control and maintenance

support for full time ATC operations. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term

priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities, selective

consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of incumbents. Evaluates work
