About the Role

from bridges and buildings to cars and appliances. Basic Job Functions: A Shippers main responsibility is to safely load
customer product onto trucks, help transfer material throughout the plant, stage material for the next day, monitor
product quality prior to loading or unloading, unload trucks and railcars and other tasks as needed. This teammate will
cross train in shipping and receiving to be able to help in both areas based on work load demands. Teamwork is crucial
