About the Role
Automotive Dealer Service Loaner agent:
Experience in the Retail Automotive Rental Business Preferred
The loaner Agent shall provide a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction using the company approved software /
tablet and follow the companies service processes. This position facilitates the company rental process through
verification and documentation of all necessary driver information, payment verification or source of internal payment.
The agent in this position will perform these responsibilities with a focus on creating customer service.
