About the Role

Field Services Technician I Location Lexington, VA :

Installs and supports both voice and data peripheral technologies, including but not limited to PCs, laptops, printers,

mobile phones, tablets (including other wireless handheld devices) and telephones. Provides on-site and remote equipment

troubleshooting and repair for all technologies to ensure operational effectiveness of the organization. Assists vendor

and other technology teams with the initial troubleshooting of connectivity and hardware/software related issues. Aids

with onsite and remote observations of technology issues in efforts of helping provide client issue resolution. Performs
