JOB TITLE: ENERGY ASSISTANCE MANAGER

energy assistance (heating and cooling) to City residents. Duties include using various computer systems to conduct

searches for applications; providing information and assistance to clients in completing applications and other

paperwork; and clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, preparing and mailing correspondence,

setting up case files, typing and completing forms.
