About the Role
E Commerce Shipper Location Hampton, VA :
Position Summary Performs all duties involved in the shipping process for the E-Commerce department, including but not
limited to: the pick, pack and ship functions. Initiates FedEx claims for lost or damaged goods. Pulls unsold auction
items and moves them to the next designated area (Auction, Outlet, E-Recycle), as appropriate. Provides assistance to
the E-Commerce Listing Specialists, as time allows. Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may
be assigned.) 1. Pulls items sold/paid on ShopGoodWill for shipping. 2. Packs items with appropriate shipping materials
