COOK - UNIV. OF VIRGINIA-OBSERVATORY

The Cook at Observatory Hill is responsible for the consistent and efficient preparation of high-quality food in a

campus dining environment. This role requires proficiency in cooking techniques, adherence to standardized recipes and

portion control, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards across multiple serving platforms (action

stations, buffets, quick-service concepts).
