COMPLIANCE & INCIDENT MANAGEMENT LEAD | ONSITE | CHESAPEAKE, VA

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance & Incident Management Lead to independently manage

on-site compliance processes, incident governance, and frontline stakeholder coordination for the US geography. This

role acts as the primary on-site representative for the Compliance & Incident Management function and is responsible for

handling complex cases, conducting initial investigations, ensuring proper documentation, and partnering closely with

client HR, Legal, and operations teams. The role will take full ownership of compliance workflows, hotline case
