About the Role
CLAIMS TECHNICIAN
The purpose of this class is to provide customer service to citizens and employees who contact the Department of Risk
Management for assistance in the filing and handling of general, automotive, and Workers' Compensation claims. This job
requires a level of independent thinking and problem-solving skills. Works within a team and sometimes independently.
Minimum requirements include:
* Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Business, Insurance Management or other related field of study preferred OR a
