Advance Practice Provider
Position : Home Health - Advanced Practice Provider – Full Time
Hybrid/Remote - (1-2 Days Remote) (3-4 Days In Patient Homes)
Mileage and Cell phone Reimbursement + Quarterly Bonus + Possible Relocation
Salary: 125-135K Base + Bonus
Monday – Friday (No weekends, no call)
