* ASSIGNS PICK LOCATIONS ACCURATELY AS NECESSARY.
* DETERMINES LOCATION PICK SLOTS FOR OPTIMIZATION.
* PERFORMS FUNCTIONS OF THE DC ALLOCATION PROCESS EFFICIENTLY.
* RECONCILES RECEIVING DOCUMENTS TO ACCOUNTING REPORTS, ACCURATELY.
